As I strive to be more organized, I am getting rid of a few items from my overstuffed closet! Those shoes are one of my favorites, but they are too small! I received them back when I was in high school for my 18th or 19th birthday. I kept them over the years because I loved the color: coral.
In life , at times we hold on to things hoping that one day it will fit or change. It doesn’t necessarily has to be regarding clothes or shoes, but life in general! Whether it is a person or a thing, sometimes if it is not needed in our lives we must get rid of it!
I know that sounds harsh, but sometimes in order to go somewhere or improve we HAVE to be harsh.
As I look at my life I notice that there are a few things and habits that I MUST change! For instance, ORGANiZATION, I need to be organized when it comes to cleanliness. I saw that in my personal space I have a tendency to just lay clothing, purse, books, etc. on my bed. Weeks would go by and overtime I GREW a MOUNTAIN on my bed! In addition to the mountain I Allowed shoes, paper scraps and fabric remanents to destroy my wooden floor! I no longer had room to walk and move!
I became lazy. My mind, because of my environment became cluttered! Whenever I went to attack my mess I felt overwhelmed!
So NOW I am FINALLY tackling this mess head on! I am getting rid of clutter! From my living space and from my life!
Whatever is in your life that is cluttering you, or that is hindering your growth personally and spiritually, I hope you will effortly work to get rid of it from your life!
