Hello Everyone,
I started a series of poem that are about an “almost” Love. What I mean by an “almost” love is that when you meet someone and everything is going great, and then SOME HOW you find something out and what could’ve been a great relationship turns to dust.
Whether you find that they were just pretending to be a gentleman, or someone more vulgar… Whatever the reason may be, it caused the “almost” relationship to diminish! It’s truly nothing to be sad or upset about, because things do happen for a reason…
And the poem “should have” is based on how when you first meet someone and you start to have a funky feeling in your stomach. Deciphering whether that funky feeling is a good one or a bad one, well that comes over time…
There are more parts to this poem, they are all individual poems that can be read separately or as one…I decided to post each part separately, since each part has a different meaning.
I hope you enjoy!

I should’ve listened to the way my heart pounded out of my chest whenever someone said your name.
I should’ve known that the way you smiled at me whenever I made a silly joke that maybe you were really a…
Well, jerk!
Be Blessed, Be BOLD, and don’t forget that you are fearfully and Wonderfully made!
